Pet urine in carpet is a severe problem that requires major restoration work, not normal carpet cleaning. It must be treated separate to have effective results. We extract this solution using a flood extraction tool. In more extreme cases your carpet will need to be pulled up and the padding replaced as well as treatment of the sub flooring.

You should be aware that, when you dog or cat urinates on your carpet it is absorbed into the fibers of the carpet. It also penetrates to the back of the carpet, into the padding and into the floorboards or cement that your carpet lays on. The bacteria smell grows stronger as it dries. When its hot it even smells stronger. This problem needs to be removed and treated.
